Create a shop website and add it to your Facebook page

Every shop on LeangPos gets a free online store website at its own address, such as yourshop.tinhweb.com. Products, photos, prices and stock status come straight from LeangPos, so there is nothing to enter twice. Add this address to your Facebook page so visitors can browse all your products and order, instead of messaging you to ask the price of each item.

Step 1: Create the website

  1. Go to Website → Settings.
  2. Enter the Website address: lowercase letters without accents, numbers and hyphens, 3–40 characters (e.g. sokha-boutique). Pick a name close to your Facebook page name so customers recognise it.
  3. Click Create website. A home page, an About page and a Contact page are created for you — everything can be changed later.

Only users allowed to edit the website can create it. If you see "Ask the shop owner to create the website.", ask the owner to create it or to grant you the permission in Roles & permissions.

Choose the address carefully from the start: changing it after you have posted it on Facebook breaks every old link in your posts, About section and page button.

Step 2: Finish it before sharing on Facebook

Still in Website → Settings, fill in the following and save:

  • Brand & look: website name, tagline, logo and main color. Use the same logo as your Facebook profile picture so customers can tell it is the same shop.
  • Contact: phone, email, address and the Facebook page field — paste your page link (starting with https://) so the website shows a Facebook icon linking back to your page.
  • Search engines (SEO): Title on Google and Description on Google. These are also the title and description Facebook shows in the link preview when you paste your website link into a post.
  • Online sales: choose the Branch for online sales (the website shows in/out of stock from this branch's inventory), turn on Accept online orders, choose how customers receive their order (Home delivery and/or Pick up at store), the delivery fee and a payment QR image if you have one.

To add or edit the content of each page (banner, product grid, opening hours, FAQ…), open the Pages tab, click Design, edit the blocks, then click Publish page.

Step 3: Publish the website

A new website starts as a Draft — customers cannot see it yet, and a link posted on Facebook will show a page-not-found error. When you are ready, click Publish website in Website → Settings, then click View website to check the exact address customers will see, especially on a phone.

Copy the full website address (e.g. https://sokha-boutique.tinhweb.com) for the steps below.

Step 4: Add the website to your Facebook page

Facebook changes its layout often, so menu names on your device may differ slightly — use an account that manages the page, and switch to using Facebook as the page before editing.

Add it to the About section

Open your page → About → Contact and basic info → Add a website, paste the website address and save. The link appears in the intro column on the main page.

Add an action button

Below the cover photo there is an action button (usually Send message). Open the button settings (Add button or Edit button), choose a button type that opens a website (e.g. Shop now, Learn more — depending on what is available) and paste your website address. Customers tap the button and land straight in your online store.

Post the link and pin it

  • Publish a post introducing your website with the link, then choose Pin post so it always stays at the top of your page.
  • When posting about a specific item, paste that product's page link (open the product on your website and copy the address, which looks like .../products/...). Facebook uses the product's first photo as the preview image, and customers who tap it see the price and order button right away.
  • Paste your website link in comment replies when customers ask about prices.

Automated replies with the link

In Meta Business Suite → Inbox → Automations, turn on Instant reply (or frequently asked questions) with a message such as "See all our products and order at: https://sokha-boutique.tinhweb.com". Customers who message outside business hours can still browse and order on their own.

The Facebook link preview is wrong

Facebook remembers a link's image and description from the first time it is shared. If you just changed your logo, product photos or SEO description and posts still show the old version (or the link was first shared while the website was still a draft):

  1. Open Facebook's Sharing Debugger at developers.facebook.com/tools/debug.
  2. Paste the website or product link, click Debug, then click Scrape Again.
  3. Post again — the preview will use the new content.

The home page and other pages normally use your logo as the preview image, while product pages use the product photo — so upload a sharp logo and enough product photos.

Where orders from Facebook go

When customers come from your Facebook page and order on the website, the order goes straight into Orders with the Website channel, and you are notified right away by Telegram or email. Handle it like any other order — see Cancelling orders & processing returns when you need to cancel or accept a return.

Note: clicking Unpublish makes every link on your Facebook page temporarily unreachable. Only hide the website when you really need to, and publish it again soon.
