Branches

Go to Settings → Branches to manage your shop's sales points and warehouses.

1. Click Add branch, enter the Branch name, a Code (must be unique within the shop), a Type — Store (a point of sale, usable for POS sales) or Warehouse (storage only, not for direct sales), Phone number, Address.
2. Toggle Active / Inactive — an inactive branch won't appear in the picker when selling, receiving stock, or transferring stock.
3. Click Edit branch to update its details.

You can't delete a branch that has stock, purchase orders, or transfers attached — mark it Inactive instead if it's no longer in use.

Note: each plan has a maximum number of branches you can create. Once you hit the limit, the system will ask you to upgrade your plan to add more.
