Product categories & units

Categories

Go to Products → Categories.

1. Click Add category, enter the Category name, optionally pick a Parent category to create a sub-category, and set a Sort order for its display position.
2. Click Edit category on a category to rename it or change its parent.
3. Click Delete to remove it — you can't delete a category that still has products or sub-categories in it; move them elsewhere first.

Units

Go to Products → Units.

• Some units are marked System default — shared across every shop, not owned by any single tenant.
• Click Add unit to create a unit specific to your shop (e.g. "Box", "Pack", "Kg").
• You can't delete a unit that's currently used as the Base unit by at least one product.
