Dashboard overview

After signing in, you land on the Dashboard — a quick snapshot of how the shop is doing today.

Key figures

• Today's revenue — actual cash flow received today: today's sales minus any refunds processed today (including refunds for older orders). This differs from the Revenue report, which attributes refunds back to the original sale date.
• Today's orders — total number of orders created today.
• Low stock products — number of products whose stock has hit the warning threshold.
• New customers — number of new customers added today.

Each figure shows a percentage change versus yesterday so you can spot trends.

Other sections

• 7-day revenue trend — a chart of daily sales.
• Recent orders — the latest orders; click View all to go to the Orders page.
• Top products this week — ranked by quantity sold.
• Low stock alerts — products that need restocking soon, useful for planning purchases.
