Create your sales website

Every shop on LeangPos gets a free sales website at an address like yourshop.tinhweb.com. Products, prices, photos and stock status come straight from LeangPos — nothing to enter twice.

Create the website

1. Go to the Website menu.
2. In Website address, keep the suggested address or type another one: 3–40 characters using lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens (not at the start or end).
3. Click Create website.

Three pages are created for you to edit:

• Home — banner, latest products, categories and contact details.
• About — a short introduction to your shop.
• Contact — contact details, your branch list and opening hours.

You need permission to edit the website to create it. If you see "Ask the shop owner to create the website.", contact your shop owner.

Website settings

Website → Settings is split into sections:

• General — Website name (your shop name by default), Tagline, Website address and Website language (English, ខ្មែរ or Tiếng Việt — the language visitors see).
• Brand & look — your Logo and Main color.
• Contact — phone, email, address, Facebook page, Telegram link, TikTok. Leave phone or address empty to use your branch details instead (see Branches).
• Online sales — the branch for online sales and online ordering, see Selling online through your website.
• SEO — Title on Google and Description on Google: shown in search results and when your link is shared on Facebook or Telegram (description around 150 characters).

Click Save changes when you are done.

Note: changing the website address after you have shared it breaks the old links (Facebook posts, receipts...).

Choose which products appear

The website shows your shop's active products. To hide a product from the website while still selling it at the counter, open the product and untick Show on website (see Managing products).

Publish the website

A new website starts as a Draft — visitors only see an "under construction" page. When you are ready:

1. Click View website to check it the way visitors will see it.
2. Click Publish website on Website → Settings.

To hide the website from visitors for a while, click Unpublish.

If the website shows Locked, it has been suspended by LeangPos — please contact support.
